Joint Venture Strategic Advisors was formed in early 2015 when Baker Tilly Catalyst, PKF Texas, and Joint Venture Management Inc., an established expert in the field of oil and gas joint ventures, formed a new jointly owned entity, branded as Joint Venture Strategic Advisors (JVSA). JVSA was purposefully built to address the oil and gas and global energy markets demand for financial professionals who possess industry-specific knowledge and experience, and who understand the challenges facing energy companies today.
While JVSA itself is not an accounting firm, two of its owners, PKF Texas and Baker Tilly Catalyst are. This allows JVSA to provide an array of oil and gas, energy and chemical support while mitigating the risk of conflict of interest since we are not an external auditor or CPA/CA firm. PKF Texas and Baker Tilly Catalyst will continue to serve their markets separately from JVSA.
